Reduced fee services may be available on a limited basis.
Insurance
If you plan to use your insurance, please include the name of your insurance company with your appointment request. Services may be covered in
full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please
check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?

- BCBS (but not Blue Home)

- Medicare, Original only (with the exception of Aetna Medicare Advantage)
- NC State Health Plan
- United Healthcare (UHC)
Payment
Payment via personal check or your bank's online bill pay service. Receipts will be provided for HSA, HRA, and Flex accounts
as requested.
Cancellation Policy
There is a late cancellation/no show fee if you
have not notified us at least 24 business hours in advance except in the case of an emergency.
