As a therapist and life coach, my goal is to help you feel both empowered and at peace with yourself and your life and to guide you on a positive path to growth and well-being.
Through our work together, I seek to help you uncover your true self, find your voice, and lead a life that is more joyful and fulfilling. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying a variety of therapeutic approaches and techniques, together we will seek to unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions. Simultaneously I will introduce you to tools and strategies that may help you better navigate the stress and anxiety of life and hopefully enable you to experience greater peace, joy, and well being. Sometimes this may be work you choose to do individually and sometimes it may be work you wish to do with a partner, and I can assist you with both.

Effective March 18th, I will be offering all sessions virtually via phone or video conferencing, also known as tele-health, tele-counseling, or tele-therapy. Most insurance companies have now revised their policies and will pay for tele-health services, which is great news! I will continue to file your insurance claims as usual.
These are difficult and stressful times. Please know that I'm thinking of you and your families and that I want very much to be able to continue to offer guidance and counsel for comfort and support during this unprecedented time.
